Scholarships Based on Scholastic Achievement
These scholarships are awarded to the son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, nephew or niece of a member in good standing of QPAT who has just graduated from secondary studies and is beginning his or her first year of full- time post-secondary studies. The eligible student must be intending to attend a post-secondary institution in the 2025-2026 school year. Ten scholarships in the amount of $250 each are awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement as certified by the DES (Diplôme d’études secondaires) from Québec or equivalent for out-of-province candidates. Generally, an average of 85% or higher will be required; candidates must submit a copy of their transcript (marks from the Québec government) along with proof of registration to a post- secondary institution by October 25, 2025. The scholarships will be issued after receipt of the required documentation.
Scholarship Based on Financial Need
There is also one scholarship awarded in the amount of $750 based on financial need. The eligible student must be intending to attend a post-secondary institution in the 2025-2026 school year.
